Mission
At Grant Chapel AME Church we take our mission to serve the body of Christ very seriously and are delighted you have decided to join us in this very important endeavor. We believe through God’s transforming power, individuals and families alike, can be restored, transformed, healed, and reach new heights. As such, we work together as a church to help strengthen families and households by bringing people into a deeper knowledge of Jesus and by putting love into action through all of our interactions.
We are a bible based church that teaches the Word of God with power and conviction in an effort to meet the everyday needs of the congregation and community by serving Christ. We also work hard to cultivate the gifts and talents of the people entrusted in the churches care. With that in mind, we encourage all members to join a bible study to continue to grow in the Word, attend church regularly to stay in fellowship with the church family, and join one of our many diverse ministries where you can work hand in hand with us to be a resource to the community.
